Our Manifesto

Vine Street exists to prosper the lives of the investors, employees, tenants and communities we serve for the long-term.

We’re constantly focusing on how the commercial real estate industry adds value. We believe in the faithful, effective and growing stewardship of our relationships, capital and assets. We believe that vitalized communities are backed by empowered, connected citizens.

We believe our focus should remain on the projects that allow us to make significant contributions with longevity. We believe that through listening and empathy, we have the ability to innovate in a direction that stimulates healthier environments, vibrant communities and a better world. We don’t settle on solutions that cut corners, we do the right thing even when it’s uncomfortable. As Director of Vine Street Investors, Scott Denbow leads all phases of asset acquisition, renovation, development and management across the Southeast.

Scott began his career in 2001, joining Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, one of the largest advisors in the world at the time. From 2003 to 2014, he assumed the roles of Acquisitions Officer and Asset Manager for Morgan Stanley Real Estate, and became a fiduciary for a university endowment and ultra-high-net-worth individuals as Fund Manager for Reynolds Capital Group’s private equity fund. From 2014 to 2019, Scott served as Principal at HighBrook Investors sourcing investments nationwide and leading the U.S. asset management team. Scott has an extensive generalist background, investing across property types, regions, and for a variety of capital sources in both institutional and entrepreneurial environments. With a passion for People First Investing, accentuated by two-decades of experience, Scott founded Vine Street in 2020 on the fundamental idea that investments can and should serve people first, while producing great outcomes for stakeholders.

An almost-native Atlantan, Scott earned his BBA in Finance and Management Information Systems from The University of Georgia, later becoming a CFA charterholder. He is a Member of CFA Institute Atlanta, a regular mentor to young real estate professionals and a proud husband and father of three.
